Abby is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of Elevate 360. She has 16 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Pelvis Pro, and has advanced training through the Institute of Birth Healing.
Abby’s unique skill set allows her to take a patient-centered and holistic approach to address the root cause of symptoms. She has a passion for empowering women through their journey to restore their quality of life and get back to doing the activities that they love.
Abby’s passion for helping women recover from pregnancy and postpartum-related issues and pelvic floor dysfunction stems from her own journey as a mother of 3.
Besides Physical Therapy, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband Justin, and kids Easton, Ellie, and Mia. She loves staying active outdoors, paddle boarding, rock climbing, reading, traveling, and cooking.

Nicole is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, and co-founder of Elevate 360. She has advanced training in dry needling, movement screens, sports medicine rehabilitation, injury prevention and concussion rehabilitation. Additionally, she is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). As an Athletic Trainer, she has experience working in both the collegiate and high school settings.Nicole has a passion for helping people return to and maintain a lifestyle that they love. From rehabbing a post surgical injury, to working with a marathon runner, college athlete or post-partum mother, she loves to help active individuals of all ages and lifestyles.
Besides Physical Therapy, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband Garrett, and two children Jayce and Kyah. In her spare time she likes running, reading, yoga, hiking and traveling.

Maddie is a Doctor of Physical therapy who graduated from the University of Missouri where she began pursuing advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy. Maddie has a passion for helping individuals of all ages get back to the activities they enjoy; as a believer in athletes being of all ages, she thrives with the opportunities to encouraged individuals in functional tasks that challenge and improve their current abilities. Education in prevention and overall wellness hold a special place in Maddie’s treatment approach. Maddie is excited to be treating patients in the NW Missouri region, where she was born and raised.
Aside from physical therapy, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband Kieffer and family. She enjoys staying active outdoors including hiking, soccer, and water activities. She also enjoys digging more into her faith alongside friends.

Halle is a welcoming presence at the front desk, always ready to assist patients with whatever they need. She loves building meaningful connections and enjoys watching patients progress and succeed throughout their health journey.
Outside of work, Halle enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their four dogs, often taking walks around the neighborhood together. From crocheting to baking sourdough, she’s always working on a creative project that keeps her busy.

She loves helping patients get connected with the therapy and support they need.In her spare time, Angie and her husband Cody enjoy watching their 3 boys play sports and spending time outdoors as a family.
