Dry Needling

Dry needling can be used independently or in conjunction with corrective exercises to address pain and myofascial dysfunction. The focus is to release trigger points, improve muscle firing patterns and function, and to gain improved scar tissue mobility that could be contributing to suboptimal movement.

Wellness

At Elevate 360 Physical Therapy we believe that wellness is collective and ongoing throughout life. We want to prevent injury and manage the “little things” so they don’t turn into “big things”.
